He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Kapsiak and Bernice Kapsiak; and his brother James Kapsiak. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Kathy); his children, Jeffrey Kapsiak (Kimberly) and Kelly Kapsiak; his grandchildren, Zachary (Estela) and Morgan; his nephew Shane Kapsiak; and his granddaughter Kinsley.
