He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren White and Lydia Mae White; his brothers, Howard White and Gary White; and his sister-in-law Beth.
He is survived by: his close friend Nancy Davis; his daughters, Lisa White and Retta Bleiberg (Chip); and his granddaughters, Jordan Elisabeth Andrews (Hayden) and Emily Rose Bleiberg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
