He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Iloff and Ruth Comino Iloff. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Farat Iloff; his children, Victoria Iloff Osteen (Joel) and Donald E. Iloff, Jr. (Jacklyn Viera Iloff); his stepchildren, Ryan P. Schneider, Robert J. Schneider and Rebecca Gibson (Stephan, Sr.); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Osteen (Sophia), Alexandria Osteen, Elizabeth Iloff, Christina Iloff and Lt. Stephan Gibson, Jr..

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Klein Funeral Home - Magnolia (14711 FM 1488 Road, Magnolia, TX 77354). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
