He was predeceased by: his sister Theresa Pruitt; his parents, LaBelle Pruitt and Jack Pruitt; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Pauline Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Pruitt; his children, Christina Pruitt and Gus Pruitt; his brother Jerry Pruitt (Linda); and his brothers-in-law, Mike Collins (Shirley) and Clay Collins (Debra). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
