She is survived by: her sons, Chrystopher Horn (Jerri) of Whitehouse, Daniel A. Horn (Patricia) of Carthage and Mark A. Horn (Linda) of Magnolia; her grandchildren, Amanda Pike (Ricky), Jarod Horn (Lauren), Eric Horn (Jamie), Lucy Horn (Derek Baggerly), Quincy Horn (Tamara), Aubrey Leggett (Asa), Preston Horn (Alana) and Zachary Horn (Allison Stark); and her great grandchildren, Dixie, Chloe, Eric Lane, Knoxlee, Koralyn, Ryder, Juniper, Colton and Hunter.
The family request memorials be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
