He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Lewis and Fay Lewis; his nephew Alex Simon; and his grandmother Mary Elizabeth Riddlesperger. He is survived by: his son Lee Lewis; his daughter-in-law Ellen of Corsicana, TX; his daughter Maggie Carriere; his son-in-law Blake of Leesburg, VA; his grandchildren, Luke Lewis (Maycee), Reid Lewis and Charlotte Carriere; his great grandchild Millie Lewis; his sisters, Vicki Simon and Ralinda White (Wayne); and his friend Karen Gillman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
