She is survived by: her husband Lem Treman Perkins; her son Danny; her daughter-in-law Lana Perkins; her daughter Beverly; her son-in-law Larry Massingill; her son Donny; her daughter-in-law Carol Perkins; her son Randy Perkins of Malakoff; her sisters, Joyce Jenkins of Celina and Shirley; her brother-in-law Don McLain of Talty; her brother Tommy; her sister-in-law Kay Tapley of Pasadena; her grandchildren, Lance, Amanda Perkins of Malakoff, Keith, Jennifer Massingill of Malakoff, Ronnie, Bo Perkins of Malakoff, Ashley, John Broom of Sunnyvale, Justin Perkins of Athens, Stephanie Perkins of Athens, Madalynne and Cameron Cain of Whitehouse; her great grandchildren, Cameron Case Roberts, Layton VanderGraaf, Ema Massingill, Eli Perkins, Madyson Litchfield, Kaleb Perkins, Blakely Peach, Baylee Broom, Ava Perkins, Kaitlyn Massingill, Landon Perkins, Braydee Peach, Blayne Broom, Lady Perkins, Kassidy Rincon, Luke Massingill, Stone Perkins and Carter Cain; and her great great grandchildren, Drake Massingill and Creed Perkins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hilltop Worship Center (920 E Royall Blvd, Malakoff, TX 75148). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations in memory of LaVerne Perkins to Hilltop Worship Center.
