It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Milton Peterson of Malone, Texas, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Peterson and Mennita Peterson (Lander); his granddaughter Haley Lynn Peterson; and his brothers-in-law, Edward Soukup, Gary Hayes, George Soukup and George Berger.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Peterson of Malone; his children, Kenneth Peterson, Kimberly Seith (Robert), Matthew Peterson (Naomi) and Marshall Peterson; his sisters, Nancy Hayes, Mary Mangrum (Boyd) and Mollie Hatton (Russell); his sisters-in-law, Ann Berger and Elleen Soukup; his grandchildren, Amelia Booth (Eli), John Peterson, Amber Perez (Joe), Ashley Pechacek (Adam), Courtney McGuire, Dakota Meadows (Thomas), Colton Peterson, Dylan Peterson (Ryann) and Paige Peterson; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Samuel, Cassandra, Abigail, Audrey, Kaden, Ella, Riley, Paeyton, Presley, Parker and Fenton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Malone Volunteer Fire Department or St. Mary's Cemetery Association.
