He was predeceased by: his former wife Joyce Fay Moffett; his parents, Arthur Gilbert Moffett and Margie Mae Moffett; and his siblings, George Dewey Tullas, Gilbert Earl Moffett, Gutherie Washington Moffett, Geraldine Valley Cantwell, Gaylene Fern Campbell, Gwendolyn Arthurlene Penney, Gordon Vernon Moffett, Glenn Arthur Moffett, Gene Ray Moffett and Garland Lee Moffett.
He is survived by: his children, Guy Moffett Jr. (Laura), Debbie Symmes (Walter), Dorinda O'Conner (James) and Garland Moffett (Michelle); his grandchildren, Rachel Rivas, Bradley Moffett (Jana), James O'Conner, Chancey Scales (Briton), Kevin Moffett (Samantha), Miranda Lisman (Bradley), Josh O'Conner (Kaitlyn), Mysten Qualls (Trevor), Bryce Symmes, Craig Symmes and Sandifer Moffett of Texas; and his wife Lord. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren, as well as countless extended family members and friends.
