She was predeceased by: her father James McKinley Parker; her husband Richard Kenneth Chambers; her son Richard Chambers, Jr.; her mother Geneva Anglen; her siblings, Velma Lemons (Wyatt), Marian Miller (Gregg), Kirk (Dorrace), Paul (Ruth), Harold (Margaret) and Bob (Jerrye); her children, Ronald, Phillip Chambers and Laura Hensley (Donnell); her grandson Matthew Chambers; and her great grandchildren, Jett and Jaxxon Chambers.
She is survived by: her stepgrandchildren, Jessica Ryan, Jon Hensley (Rebecca) and Courtney Smith (Jay). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
