It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bertha Bailey (Mansfield, Texas), born in Vassar, Kansas, who passed away on November 22, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Sowell and Ruby Sowell; her husband Larry J. Bailey; her daughter Kristy Bush; her son-in-law Dudley Havens; and her daughter Shari Bailey.

She is survived by : her stepdaughter Connie Havens; her children, Patti Altman (Randy), Kevin Bailey (Tanya) and David Bailey; and her siblings, Barbara Young and Keith Sowell. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, as well as nieces, and nephews.
