He is survived by: his wife Brandy Holloway; his children, Sunni, Kyle, Kortney, Marissa, Cody and Sarah Bella; his siblings, Terry Holloway, Sandra (Dan Petty), Joey (Kara Wiggins), Trevor (Penny Graham) and Chris (Ashley Gates); and his mother-in-law Ellen Gates.
