He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hailey and Juanema Hailey; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Gail Roberts; his children, Courtney, Sarah and Ryan; his siblings, Bill Hailey (Cheryl), Lorna Hailey, Tess Gouldson (Craig), Derek Hailey (Dee) and Mark Hailey; his friends, Billie and Kenneth Gillespie; Jenny and Jeff. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A private service will be held at DFW National Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Heart Association.
