W.) and Thomas Gates (Gail); and her children, Jeffrey Morse (Leslie), Gary Morse and Donna Williams (Lesley). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
In remembrance of Lurlene, donations may be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital as she was an active donor.
