He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Gene Lowe and Bobbie J. Snelson Lowe; his wife Robin G. Wadsworth Lowe; and his siblings, Joel Lowe and Roxie Martindale.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy (Crystal Lowe) and Joseph (Ashley Lowe); his sisters, Sharon Lowe and Brenda Lowe; his grandchildren, Tyler Lowe, Riyah Lowe, Christian Smith-Lowe, Faith Baugus, Madison Lowe, Conner Lowe and Dylan Scott Moore; and his great grandchildren, Violet Baugus, Levi Baugus, Hazel Baugus and Ella Mae Baugus.
