She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott James Walker and Robbie L. Reynolds Walker; her siblings, Malcolm R. Walker, LaFaye Walker Spears, Reba Walker Rogers, Bobbye Walker Hall and Wanda Gayle Walker Forstner; her former husband James T. Spears; and her grandsons, Jason Matthew Spears Bowling and Malcolm Sean Spears.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Spears Tacker (Terry), James T. "Ted" Spears II (Joyce), Malcolm L. Spears (Marie) and Phillip A. Spears; her sisters-in-law, Shirley S. Nowicki and Dorothy "Dot" S. Campbell; her brother Norman L. Walker (Mary Ann); and her grandchildren, Heather P. Bowling, Serah Sue Spears, Travis Spears, Jesi, Phillip S. Spears (Kasey Seibert), Daniel L. Tacker and Jordan. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Skyvue Funeral Home (7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Skyvue Memorial Gardens (7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063).
