He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas W. Tulley and Ardyce Tulley; his wife Marimil M. Tulley; his sons, Joshua C. M. Tulley and Jacob Z. M. Tulley; his daughter-in-law Olivia Caprizzi; and his sister Candyce Marcantoni.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home (4216 S Bowen Rd, Arlington, TX 76016). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St Joseph Roman Catholic Parish (1927 SW Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington, TX 76017). The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
