He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alton Toxie "Dade" Templeton, Rosie Jean Templeton, Alvin Keesee and Virginia Dair Kessee; and his uncles, Alvin Kessee, Truman Keesee Sr., David Keesee, Robert Keesee and Ray Templeton.
He is survived by: his parents, Jerald Wayne Templeton (Jennie) of Terry, MS and Roma Keesee Templeton of Abilene; his sister Shanna Sweeney (Bobby Sweeney) of Nashville; his sibling's children, Abby Sweeney of Denton, Brandon Sweeney (Cynthia) of Montgomery, Dawson Sweeney and Case Sweeney; his uncle Darrell Templeton (Sandra) of Katy, TX; and his aunts, Carlotta Bowden (Jerry) of Hawley, TX, Darlene Foster (Mark) of Tuscola, TX, Nelda Bell (Vic) of San Antonio, TX, Nita Keesee of Abilene, Aggie Keesee of Abilene, Sharon Keesee of Abilene and Gaylene Templeton of Abilene.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hamil Family Funeral Home (6449 Buffalo Gap Rd, Abilene, TX 79606).
