He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chandler and Ila Mae Allee (Butler); his grandsons, Travis Allee and James Allen Armstrong; and his sisters, Johnie Mae Hamilton, Addie Lois Alford, Mary Pearl Allee and Betty Louise Wiese.
He is survived by: his son Eric Clapton; his wife Patricia Marlene Holt; his children, Cindy Woolls (Buddy Woolls) of Hondo, Eddy Allee (Linda) of Meadowlakes, Tammy Allee of Marble Falls and Patti Mezger (David Mezger) of Marble Falls; his grandchildren, Mary Beth Armstrong (Jacob) of Pearland, Matt Woolls (Corin) of San Antonio, Kaitlyn Goff (Ryan) of Hondo, Grady Woolls (Allison Bowman) of Hondo, Sarah Allee (Michael Fox) of Rochester, NY, Rachel Allee (Glen Stawick) of Austin, Jonathan Allee (Bailey) of Spicewood, TX, Chase Brooks (Amanda Gattis) of Austin, TX, Cole Gatewood (Ragan) of New Braunfels, TX, Ben Mezger (Taylor) of Waco, TX and Alan Mezger of Marble Falls, TX.; and his brothers, Kenneth Allee (Melba) of Magnolia, John C. Allee, Jr., William Franklin Allee and Thomas D. Allee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home (1805 US-281, Marble Falls, TX 78654). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
He touched many people's lives, and he loved each and every one of you!The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Phoenix Center in Marble Falls, an organization that helps emotionally traumatized children and youth.
