He is survived by: his wife Mary Catherine "Cathy" Harris; his children, Christy Harris Maeker (Stephen) of Houston and Jeff Harris (Kristy) of Kerrville; his stepgrandchildren, Sydney Maeker and Barnes Maeker; his much-loveds, Boston and Joy Grace; his cousins, Harry McCloud and Keith Strickland; his nephews, Bryan Harris, Brad Harris and Curt Bryant; and his great-nephews, Wyatt Harris and Caleb Harris.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM.
