With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Roy Pickering (Marble Falls, Texas), who passed away on November 2, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Michael leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father Roy Pickering of Burnet. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his daughters, Cheryll Pickering Mabray (Wynn) and Carrie Pickering (Dave Antel); his granddaughter Meryll Mabray Hodson (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Brooks and Barrett Hodson; and his sister Martha Pickering.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
