He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel B. Vasquez and Inez Quintana Vasquez; his wife Ernestine M. Vasquez; and his siblings, Uvaldo Q. Vasquez, Orlando Q. Vasquez and Aurora V. Hernandez.
He is survived by: his nephews, Lionel Hernandez-Maywald and Daniel V. Hernandez.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (211 W San Antonio St, Marfa, TX 79843).
