He is survived by: his wife Donna McCarty; his children, Mac McCarty, Dell Ann "Bunny" Teschendorf and Jeff Cook (Monique); his siblings-in-law, Pam Dotson (Jeff), Janis Richards, Dale Burns (Mickey) and Simpler; his grandchildren, Madison Cook and Morgan Cook; his nieces, Ali Pool, Raegan McAdams, Carma Smith and Kim Henderson; and his great-nephew Mason Burke. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other family and friends.
