Don Cooper Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hubert and Frances Lavetta Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Frances Cooper; his daughter Carmen Flanagan (David); his grandchildren, Marla Cox (Brittney) and Marshall Flanagan; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Coleman and Nicole Coleman; and his siblings, James Lloyd Cooper, Donna Brian (Robert), Leland Cooper (Kathy) and John "Rusty" Cooper (Teresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Don's memory to any law enforcement charity or animal shelter.
