He is survived by : his son Troy Batts; his siblings, Steve Batts and Edna Rodriguez; his daughter Tamara; his children-in-law, Roger and Sara Beth; and his grandchildren, Jayson, Amanda, Brittany, Josh, Noah, Luke and Maely. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
