He is survived by: his daughters, Carole Raines Collier and Kathy Raines Gillespie; his grandchildren, Melissa Collier Gepford (Bill), Christi Collier and Randell Collier; his great grandchildren, Kobe, Caleb and Finnegan; and his sister-in-law Annette Bell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
