She was predeceased by: her parents, Wylie Eugene and Nora Mae Keadle; her husband Tommy Hines; and her siblings, Gene Keadle, Donald Wayne Keadle, William Travis Keadle, James Keadle, Lee Roy Keadle, Ellie Morgan Tuttle and Nancy Jane Hancock.
She is survived by: her children, Nora Hines (Allen), George Howard (Maria), Earl Dykes (Kami) and Chad Howard; and her siblings, Charles Keadle and Mary Gordon. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews along with other family and friends.
