Cundiff (Sam); her children, Sheryl Cundiff Morphew (Roy) of Broken Arrow, OK, Stephen Ray Cundiff (René) of Avinger, TX, Shirley Cundiff Manuel (Jeff) of Madill, OK and Stanley Scott Cundiff (Merrily); her grandchildren, Carrie, Stacy, Eric, Kyle, Jennifer, Jeffery, Stephanie, Rachel, Scott, Sarah and Nick; and her great grandchildren, Payton, Luke, Boone, Michael, Gabriella, Tori and Jess.
