She was predeceased by: her parents, Hick Shoults and Nellie Shoults; and her brother Bobby Shoults. She is survived by: her husband Charley Palmer; her sister Becky "Blatis" Bibb; her nephew Sherrod Bibb; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Josie, Carter Bibb and Nancy; her sister-in-law Brenda Shoults; her sibling's child Robbie Shoults (Tracy); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Erin Marino (Jack), Krysta Coleman (Matt) and Hunter Shoults (Stacia); her brother-in-law Jimmy Palmer; her nephews, Jim Kirk and Josh Palmer; her sister-in-law Jerry (Ruth Ward); her adoptive daughters, Missie Hussey and Anna Morton; Pamela Bibb, Drew, Sloane, Cooper and Barrett. She is also survived by wives and children, brother.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hallsville Church of Christ (110 Waldron Ferry Rd, Hallsville, TX 75650).
