She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Eugene Stevenson and Lona Mae Dunlap. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Martin of Marshall; her daughters, Ginger Martin (Sammy Garcia) of Georgetown and Tonja (Rick Collins) of Temple; her stepson Scott Martin of Hallsville; and her grandchildren, Steven (Kelly Stackhouse), Adam Stackhouse, Randy McGuire and Kenzlee Martin. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, plus a big batch of in laws.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the American Legion (1904 Bomar St, Marshall, TX 75670).
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Jalene's name to the Smiley-Summers American Legion Auxiliary.
