He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Brunson (Brunson) and Mary Joann Brunson; his brother Joe David Brunson; and his grandson Andrew James Epperson. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Brunson; and his children, Joe Brunson (Diana), Brenda Eisenlohr (Jason), John Brunson (Mandy) and Beverly Hopkins (Shannon). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
