He is survived by: his wife Linda Jones Finley; his children, Ronnie Finley (Debra), Paula Heath (Steve) and Marti Weaver (Jesse Gutierrez); his grandchildren, Britny Blackburn (Joe), Ashley Roman (Tim), Clay Heath (Becky), Whitny Fortenberry (Mike), Kristen Heath, Lynsey DeLeon (DeAngelo), Hailey Finley, Brooke Weaver (Stephen) and Blake Weaver (Charlie); and his great grandchildren, Kaleb Roman, Matthew Heath, Hannah Blackburn, Elsa Fortenberry, Addison Roman, Brayden Finley, Madison Blackburn, Paisley Finley, Allen Blackburn, Ravenna Kramer, Remington Weaver and Beau Kramer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Tracy Finley Memorial, a cause that was especially close to Tommy's heart.
