She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Thompson, Sandra Phillips (Michael) and Gary Summers; and her grandchildren, Dewanna Sanders (Randy), Denisha Brodbeck (Todd), Shawn Phillips (Virma), Shannon Gayol (Rafael), Dustin Summers (Niki), Jeff Butner (Jessica) and Angie Hopper (Chris).
