She was predeceased by: her mother Rhonda Lynn Wingo (Washington); her brother Wesley Wray Wingo; and her grandparents, Kenneth Ray Wingo, Sr. and Carrie Wingo. She is survived by: her father Kenneth Ray Wingo, Jr.; her siblings, Melissa Wingo and Sammy Samuelson; her grandmother Norma Roane (Randall); her nephew Austin Wingo; her aunts, Julie Wingo (Jeff Anderson) and Connie O'Connell; her uncle Curt (Deana) of Washington; her close friends, Billy, Linda Carver, Shonda Carver, Charity Downy, Lacy McWilliams, Kathy Davis and Loons Smoke House; and her pets, Boomer and Roscoe.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions to St. Mark's United Methodist Church "Shine" or Immanuel Baptist Church "LIFT", both of which are ministries for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
