He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Sammi Jo Weaver; his parents, Maynard Alfred Weaver and Clydie Lou Weaver; and his siblings, T. H. Weaver, Robert Wayne Weaver, Douglas Weaver, Preston Weaver, Houston Weaver, Lee Guidry, Nelta Faye Weaver and Laverne Jentoft.
He is survived by: his wife Ofelia Weaver; his sons, Brandon (Jenice Weaver), David (Melinda Weaver), Houston (Miranda Weaver) and Jamie (Robin Riley); his pet Lil'Bit; his grandchildren, Melina (Ethan Deike), Addisen Paige (Tyler Anderson), Jessi Weaver, Brody Weaver, Bryce Weaver, Donovan Greene, Dominick Greene, Dometrius Greene, Lana, Garrett Parsons, Jade and Saydi Durbin; and his great grandchildren, Damian, Corbin, Christian, Kinley, Levi and Kadrin.
