He is survived by: his wife Joann; his children, Lana (Adrienne), Kendall (Susan) and David (Natalee); his grandchildren, Grace (Carter) and Sam (Kristin); his great grandchildren, Dayton, Claire, Nora, Molly and Andrew; his stepdaughter Rhonda (Bobby); his stepgrandchildren, Colby and Thomas Smith; his stepson Bobby Teel (Delia); his nieces, Debbie, Molly and Jamie; his nephew Mike; Jennie (Mike).
