She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carl and Elsie Rylander Deviney; her brothers, Robert Rylander Deviney and James Lee Deviney; and her husband William Leroy "Bill" Colburn.
She is survived by: her son William Carl "Billy" Colburn (Tanee Jasek Colburn); her grandchildren, Hudson Chase Colburn, Dillon Grey Colburn and Savannah Jean Boazman Colburn (Drew Ureste); her great grandchild Myles Blue; and her daughter Cynthia Ann "Cyndie" Colburn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and their families; cousins and other extended family.
