He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Sr. Dannheim and Eddie Grace Dannheim; his siblings, Marian Leifeste (Calvin) and Alvin Jr.; his nephew Dwight Leifeste; and his son-in-law Randy Newman.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Dannheim; his daughters, Donna O'Donnell (John), Debra Newman and Dana Bunker; his grandchildren, Randa New (Tyler), Jeffrey Tyler Carpenter, Kristen Robinson (Colton), Kolby Bunker and Riley Bunker; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Bennett, Oaklyn and Carsyn; and his sister-in-law Doris Durst Dannheim. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Mason volunteer fire department, or a charity of your choice.
