He was predeceased by : his parents, Pearl Frazier and Leslie Martin Frazier; and his siblings, Leslie Frazier and Evelyn Boyd. He is survived by : his wife Bobbye; his son David (Jeannie); his grandchildren, Marshall (Maddie) of San Antonio and Madeline Horton (Kade) of Midland; and his nieces and nephews, Billy McBee (Pat), Gary Hedrick, Marva Garber and Marsha Wynn.
