He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Milton "Ted" Doyal and Mary Lois Lumpkins; his sisters, Marlene Lynette "Tuffy" Duzan and Darlene Janette "Pos" Brandenberger; and his son-in-law Alan Paul Yonker.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Carol Doyal of Mason; his daughters, Kimberly Hengst, Kay Yonker and Karol Evans; his son-in-law Gary Evans of Mason; and his grandchildren, Ashley Morrow (Blake), Justin Yonker (Ally), Kolby Yonker (Whitney), Amber Hengst (Will), Jodie Evans (Bailey), Alana Evans (Dale), Jenna Hill (Tyler), Rose, Nevaeh, Brylee, Adley, Teagan, Ty, Reid, Riley, Hux and Riggin.
