It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Shawcross Lehmberg of Mason, Texas, born in Uvalde, Texas, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Dan G. Lehmberg and Helen Shawcross Lehmberg; and his grandparents, H. B. "Harry", Clare Mae Billings Shawcross of Uvalde, Dan F. and Ella Jordan Lehmberg of Mason.

He is survived by : his wife Kim Lehmberg of Mason; his sons, Bill D. Lehmberg of Mason and David Lehmberg of Big Spring; his brother Tim Lehmberg (Melanie) of Fredericksburg; his stepchildren, Katie Schmidt (Gregg Wallace) of Sausalito, Dax Hooten (Becky) of Leakey and Denay Hooten Hooks (Sam) of Lubbock; and his grandchildren, Drake Hooten, Hudson Hooks, Hannah Hooks and Hadley Hooks.

Memorials may be directed to the Rett Syndrome Foundation, River of Life Church, or another Charity of your choice in Wayne's name.
