He is survived by: his children, David H. Seigler of Tyler, TX and Shelley Merchant of Matador, TX; and his grandchildren, Mike Merchant, Patrick Merchant, Kathryn Merchant, Michael Seigler, Kaitlin Branin and Phillip Seigler. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
