He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Forbis and VeraBelle Ethridge Forbis; and his brother Don Forbis. He is survived by: his wife Pat of Afton; his children, Kim Parker (Jimmy) of Canyon and Craig (Donna) of Odonnell; his grandchildren, Justin Parker (BaLinda) of Meadow, Jayme LeMaire (Tony) of Mansfield and Mandy Nichols (Blake) of Odonnell; his great grandchildren, Brady, Bryan, Brayson Parker of Meadow and Brynlee of Mansfield; and his sister Rhonda Wheeless of Crosbyton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
