She is survived by: her husband Reinaldo Paiz; her mother Josefina N. Rodriguez; her children, Miroslava Paiz, Reinaldo Paiz Jr. (Sonya) and Josephine Machado (Christian); her grandchildren, Natalia Peña, Simon Peña, Yesenia Paiz, Reinaldo Paiz III, Elianna Paiz, Lucero Paiz, Jeremiah Machado, Malani Rodriguez, Jezabel Rodriguez, Jazaleena Rodriguez and Mackenzie Rodriguez; and her siblings, George Rodriguez, Isaac Rodriguez Jr., Lupe Rodriguez and Lisa Rodriguez.
Dalia was part of the Mathis FFA Booster Club and made lasting contributions to her community through her work and volunteerism.
