He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulalio Sandoval and Olga Sandoval Sr.; his wife Esperanza Sandoval; and his siblings, Maria F. Sandoval, Yolanda Rodriguez, Luz Divina Garcia and Christobal Sandoval.
He is survived by: his daughter Hilaria Ortiz (Gabriel); his grandchildren, Marivel Ortiz (Dominic Soto), Gabriel Ortiz (Amanda) and Carmelo Ortiz; and his siblings, Chriselia Rodriguez (Ruben), David Sandoval, Ricky Sandoval (Blassa) and Adolfo Hismo Sandoval. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
