He is survived by: his children, Toby Fojtik of Fort Worth and Wendy Fojtik of Leonard; his sisters, Evelyn Gregorczyk of San Antonio and Elizabeth Gold (Ottis) of Refugio; and his brother-in-law Darvin Dieringer of Gonzales. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, 19 great nieces and nephews, 9 great-great nieces and nephews and many cousins.
