He is survived by: his wife Paula Ethridge of Mathis, Texas; his children, Justin Ethridge (Carol) of Aransas Pass, Matthew Padier (Lacey) of Victoria, Texas, Brandi Allen (Larry) of Bandera, Nicole Martinez of Clarksville and Lacy Ethridge of Beeville, Texas; and his sister Katy Groda (Vernon) of Beeville, Texas.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
