It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorenzo Vela III of Mathis, Texas, who passed away on August 12, 2022, at the age of 15, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Lorenzo Vela and Alma Vela Jr.; his sister Alyssa Marie Vela; his grandparents, Oscar, Ophelia Lopez, Lorenzo and Lupe Vela; and his aunts, Elma Sanchez (Rogelio), Yvonne Alfaro (Moses) and Lisa Camacho (Geraldo). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
