He is survived by: his wife Renee Quinn; his son Rhea Wallace Quinn; his daughter-in-law Amanda; his grandson Mason Rasberry; his siblings, Jo Fern Thomas (Winston) and Samuel Preston Quinn (Donna); his nephew John Hays; and his niece Jennifer Pena (Ernest).
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Winsteads' Funeral Home (121 N Duval St, Mathis, TX 78368). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Old San Patricio Cemetery.
