She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Juanita Smith; and her brother Wayne Smith. She is survived by: her husband Bill Purtle; her sons, Keith Minter (Lori), Jon Minter (Tiffany), Jeff Purtle (Pam), Justin Purtle and Dr. David Purtle (Ale Garza Purtle); her grandchildren, Hayden (Bailey), Brennen (Shelby), Brooks (Gracie), Trenton (Taylor), Kasen Minter, Meredith (Andrew Haverty) and Garrett Purtle; her brother Jerry Smith (Rhonda); her sister-in-law Sue (Carl); and her close friend Nola Campbell. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
